If I accept your insurance, I will collect your pay and/or deductible at the time of each visit. I will bill your insurance for the remainder.

If I am not on your insurance plan, my fee for the initial appointment is $250 which is 1 hour. Each followup appointment fee is $175 for 30 minutes
